Bosco Bites, the new cafeteria of Don Bosco College, was inaugurated on the college campus on February 14, 2026, in the presence of the management, faculty, and students. The programme began with the blessing of the cafeteria by Rev. Dr. Jose Koyickal, President, Don Bosco College. This was followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the inauguration.
A welcome address was delivered by Rev. Dr. Wilson K. D., Rector and Manager, Don Bosco College. Rev. Dr. Geo Kalladanthiyil delivered the vote of thanks to those involved in the completion of the cafeteria project. Fr. Shalbin Kalanchery, Vice Provincial, and Fr. Joy Nedumparambil, Economer, were present for the programme. The programme included the felicitation of the architect, contractor, and canteen vendor. Contributors who suggested the name ‘Bosco Bites’ were also felicitated.
A choir presentation was held following the formal programme. The first meal was served to staff and students by Mr. Sudhakar and his team. In the evening, a dinner was organized for faculty members, their families, and Student Council members. A live concert was conducted as part of the programme.
