Don Bosco College celebrated its first Annual Day on April 25, 2025. The event commenced with a welcome address by Rev. Dr. Wilson K D, the College’s Director, who outlined the institution’s focus on holistic education and value-based learning.
The Chief Guest for the occasion was Retd. Major General Surender Pavamani AVSM, SM, and the Guest of Honour was Fr. Shalbin Kalancherry, Vice President of Don Bosco College and Vice Provincial of the Bangalore Province. Fr. Shalbin acknowledged the growth of the college, while Major General Pavamani addressed the gathering on the importance of relevance and continuous learning.
The event included the official launch of the Don Bosco Football Academy, an initiative to support youth in sports. Rev. Dr. Geo Kalladanthiyil, Principal, presented the annual report, documenting academic achievements, infrastructure developments, and community involvement over the past year.
Students were honoured with the Bosco Awards for outstanding performance. The programme concluded with cultural performances, including drama, dance, music, and classical arts. The event ended with the college anthem.
