On March 10 and 11, 2025, Don Bosco College, K R Puram, hosted the Bangalore North University (BNU) Men’s Football Tournament 2024-25. Sixteen colleges participated in the tournament.
Rev. Dr. Wilson, Director of Don Bosco College, Rev. Dr. Geo, Principal, Fr. Sanjay, Administrator, and Mr. Arogya Raj, Physical Education Director of Kristu Jayanti College attended the inaugural function held on 10th March. Sixteen teams competed in the tournament over two days. Kristu Jayanti College won the championship, HKBK Degree College secured the runner-up position, and St. Aloysius College finished as the second runner-up.
The valedictory function was held at 4:00 PM on 11th March, with Rev. Dr. Fr. Geo, Principal of Don Bosco College, as the chief guest. Winners received trophies and certificates. Mr. Vinod Kumar, Vice Principal, Don Bosco College, delivered the vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of organizers, including Fr. Sanjay, for planning and arrangements. SWO volunteers and the Don Bosco College football team managed the event. The tournament facilitated competition and interaction among participating teams.
