The feast day of St. John Bosco, the patron of Don Bosco College, KR Puram, was observed on January 31, 2025. Rev. Dr. Jose Thomas Koyickal, President of the institution, presided over the event. In his address, he highlighted four challenges affecting youth: the pursuit of constant self-gratification, prioritizing comfort over duty, procrastination, and an idle mind. He emphasized the need to overcome these obstacles for personal and academic development. Later, he interacted with the faculty and staff in the Board Room, discussing academic and professional responsibilities. The celebration concluded with sessions on the teachings of St. John Bosco and the role of education in shaping individuals.
