The Third Annual Sports Day, Bosco Sports Fiesta 2025, concluded at Don Bosco College, KR Puram, after twelve days of competitions from February 14 to February 28. Over 500 students participated in athletic and team-based events, competing under four houses: Ruby Rhinos, Sapphire Sharks, Emerald Eagles, and Topaz Tigers. The Ruby Rhinos emerged as Overall Champions, while the Emerald Eagles secured the Runners-Up position.
The event was organized under the leadership of Director, Rev. Dr. Wilson, Principal, Rev. Dr. Geo, Administrator, Fr. Sanjay, Vice Principal, Mr. Vinod, Past SWO Governor, Ms. Sharmila, Present SWO Governor, Ms. Immaculate, Deputy Governor, Mr. Amith, Sports Secretary, Mr. Mohan Chand, and Joint Secretary, Mr. Charles. Faculty members, student council representatives, house captains, vice-captains, and students contributed to its execution.
The competition featured team games such as volleyball, football, cricket, throwball, kabaddi, basketball, tug-of-war, and kho-kho, along with track and field events, including sprints, relays, shot put, and discus throw. The opening ceremony included a flag hoisting and an Olympic torch relay, while the valedictory function featured a prize distribution ceremony. The event aimed to promote student participation in sports and physical activities while fostering teamwork and discipline.
