The Department of Social Work and NSS, in association with Terapanth Yuvak Parishad, organized a Blood Donation Camp at Don Bosco College on September 17, 2025. The Rotary Blood Bank managed the blood collection.
The camp was inaugurated in the presence of over 90 participants, including students, NSS volunteers, and faculty members. Rev. Dr. Geo Kalladanthiyil presided over the program and addressed the gathering on the significance of blood donation. Vice Principal Mr. Vinod also spoke on the occasion. Representatives from Terapanth Yuvak Parishad and Rotary Blood Bank were present.
Following the inauguration, students participated in the donation drive. By the end of the camp, 120 units of blood were collected. NSS volunteers and Social Work students contributed by creating awareness through classroom sessions and reels, as well as by coordinating the arrangements.
