Don Bosco College Students Visit Nandini Cheese Plant

Students of Don Bosco College visited the Nandini Cheese Plant in Karnataka on December 3, 2025, as part of an industrial exposure program organized by eSTORES GLOBAL. The team travelled from the college to the plant, where the factory coordinator received them. The coordinator introduced the organisation and briefed the students before the facility tour. The visit included an overview of the Karnataka Milk Federation’s cheese production operations, which utilise automated systems for pasteurization, fermentation, cutting, pressing, and packaging.

During the tour, students observed the complete cheese-making process and learned about milk sourcing from cooperative dairy farmers, production methods, hygiene protocols, and distribution networks. The session also highlighted KMF’s cooperative structure and its role in supporting rural dairy farmers through value-added production.
