Apexon concluded its BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) training programme for students of Don Bosco College, KR Puram, Bengaluru, with a convocation held on March 24, 2026.
The programme was conducted in collaboration with Don Bosco College and was inaugurated on October 14, 2025. A total of 63 final-year students were selected through a screening process based on academic performance, documentation, and career intent. The training spanned nearly five months and included 120 hours of instruction in BFSI domains and soft skills.
The curriculum covered financial systems, compliance, accounting practices, and technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and data analytics. It also included modules on communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, and resume development using AI tools. Training methods included simulations, role plays, and financial exercises. Industry volunteers conducted sessions on workplace readiness and professional practices.
A total of 58 out of 65 students cleared the certification conducted by the National Skill Development Corporation. The convocation ceremony was held at Don Bosco College in the presence of representatives from Apexon, including Subramanyan Putrevu, Rachana Pareek, and Sejal Bavishi.
The programme included a welcome address, an invocation, and a presentation of the programme overview by a representative of the Ma Foi Foundation. Rev. Dr. Wilson delivered the presidential address. Subramanium P delivered the convocation address.
Certificates were distributed to students who completed the programme. Rev. Dr. Geo Kalladanthiyil addressed the gathering. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and a group photograph.
