The final events of Bosco Sports Fiesta 2K26 were held at Don Bosco College, KR Puram, Bengaluru, on March 13, 2026, concluding a series of sports events that began in September. Mr. Ramamurthy B., Inspector of Police, KR Puram, attended the inauguration as the chief guest. In his address, he exhorted students to participate in sports, maintain discipline, and avoid drugs.
The welcome address was delivered by Rev. Dr. Wilson K. D., Rector and Director of the college. Badges were presented to Rakshitha S., Captain of Ruby Rhinos, and Nagaraj Nagabhushana, Deputy CR of I B.Com F&A ‘A’. The Olympic Torch was carried by the President, Vice President, Sports Secretary, Joint Sports Secretary, and the House Captains and Vice Captains.
Track and field events were conducted under the guidance of Rev. Dr. Wilson K. D., Rector and Director, and Sijumon Abraham, Physical Education Director. Teachers also participated in a ‘Passing the Baton’ event. During the valedictory ceremony, the results were announced. Topaz Tigers secured the overall championship, followed by Sapphire Sharks as runner-up. Emerald Eagles finished third and Ruby Rhinos fourth.
Dileep of Emerald Eagles received the Men’s Individual Championship, while Dharshini Priya of Topaz Tigers received the Women’s Individual Championship. Sapphire Sharks received the Best March Past award. The vote of thanks was delivered by Ms. Janet V., Sports Secretary.
