Workshop on Generative AI Conducted forBCA Students

The Department of Computer Applications (BCA), Don Bosco College, KR Puram, conducted a workshop on Generative AI on March 11, 2026, in collaboration with Google Certification Program and Learning Links Foundation.

The workshop introduced students to Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies and their applications. It covered the fundamentals of Generative AI and included sessions on using AI tools for academic and professional purposes.

Students were introduced to tools such as Google Gemini and NotebookLM. The session demonstrated their use in content generation, research support, and project work. It also addressed the ethical use of AI, including data privacy and responsible practices.

The workshop included a practical session on resume building using AI tools. Students were guided on structuring resumes, presenting skills, and preparing for employment in the technology sector. The programme was organised for S4 BCA students as part of academic activities.
